On Monday 17 October, the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, join us for the global launch of the 2022 Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI) – Unpacking deprivation bundles to reduce multidimensional poverty. The report, produced jointly by UNDP’s Human Development Report Office and the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (OPHI), reveals new ‘deprivation bundles’ that can help target development efforts worldwide.
The global launch event will be broadcasted live at 10 am EDT, October 17, from the SDG Studio in UN Headquarters in New York.

The event will feature leading development experts including:

- Hala el-Said, Egyptian Minister of Planning & Economic Development
